Delivery & Shipping

Thank you for visiting and shopping at DMT Vape House. We are committed to shipping packages directly to your door, wherever possible!

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are processed Monday to Friday except for statutory holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipment Delivery Providers

We use several different shipment providers based on the location we are shipping to and the reliability of providers in each region. If you have a specific preference in shipment provider, please inform our Support team with your Order Number within an hour of placing your order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

*Delivery delays can occur during busy shopping seasons. Free Shipping on Orders over $300 is calculated on order value after credits and discounts before taxes. 

Shipment Destinations

DMT VAPE HOUSE ships to addresses within the United States, Canada and Some EU countries. If you are based out of this locations, be sure to check-in with us before placing you order.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Orders completed after 2pm PST will only be processed the following business day.
